My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. I look at how food and lifestyle intersect. Are feelings of being overwhelmed and stressed causing you to reach for unhealthy foods? We will also determine if there are seemingly healthy foods that you consume regularly which might be doing more harm than good. Not everyone needs to eat the same way, and I want to make sure that the foods you enjoy are fueling your lifestyle.
