Wash kale thoroughly and remove stems. Dry in a salad spinner or on the kitchen counter.

20 minutes

1 medium bunch of baby kale or Tuscan kale

1 T olive oil

sea salt 


Rip or chop kale into large bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.  Pour olive oil over kale and mix well with your hands, massaging oil into the kale pieces.  Arrange kale in a single layer on a baking sheet/jelly roll pan and sprinkle lightly with sea salt. Bake at 275 degrees for 20 minutes.  Turn kale pieces with a spatula halfway through baking.  


For a twist, sprinkle with parmesan cheese or other seasoning prior to baking.
