"It's great to spend some time on yourself and be really conscious of what you are eating. My favorite part was the Facebook group because I liked going through it with other people. It was also a good place to share ideas about what to eat. However, the recipes are the part that I would not want to go without because it saved me some time when planning. I don't weigh myself but I do think I lost a tiny bit of weight. I did feel better about knowing that I was eating great food. I never had those moments of regretting eating something.
